To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information.

Guarantee/Returns

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the wedding favors for your most special day or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@weddingfavorsemporium.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on edible, custom, or personalized items. Return credit will be minus the shipping charge, if any. We will replace, at no additional cost, any personalized items that arrive damaged.

Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from Wedding Favors Emporium.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express online. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please contact us if you would like to pay with a check or money order.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

U.S. Shipping

Wedding Favors Emporium uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. Select shipping type at time of order. There is additional cost to ship orders that are not sent via UPS Ground.

Orders are normally shipped Monday through Friday except on holidays.

Rush Orders

In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Wedding Favors Emporium, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Selecting an order method other than UPS Ground does not guarantee shipment on the day that you submit an order. It only guarantees the method by which we will ship your order once it is processed. You may email us or call our toll free number to obtain an estimated processing time and shipping date.

*Unless otherwise noted, sales or discounts on shipping charges do not apply to locations outside of the 48 states of the continental U.S. due to increased shipping expenses. UPS 3 Day Select is not available for locations outside of the continental U.S.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses. There is a flat shipping fee of $24.99 for orders to military addresses.

Canada Shipping

Orders delivering to Canadian addresses are typically shipped once per week. This consolidation of Canadian orders can add up to 5 additional business days for shipping, but allows us to offer our wedding favors at lower prices. There is a flat $16.95US additional charge on all Canadian orders to cover the cost for export and customs paperwork. Canada may charge additional duties and/or taxes to the customer.

At this time there are 3 choices for Canadian shipping:

1) UPS Standard to Canada
2) UPS Worldwide Express
3) UPS Worldwide Expedited

Canadian customers must call ahead for confirmation to use rush shipping options 2 and 3.

International (Non-Canadian) Shipping

We offer international shipping through the U.S. Postal Service. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes by the destination country. Allow 3-4 weeks for deliveries to non-U.S. and non-Canadian destinations. For orders that weigh in excess of 130 pounds, please contact us for shipping charges.

Note: All non-Canadian international orders must select "International (Non-Canadian)" as the shipping method in order to calculate the correct shipping charges.

No Minimum Order Requirement!

Wedding Favors Emporium has no minimum order requirement for most of our favors. Feel free to order a sampler -- and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you select the perfect favor for your wedding!

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Tennessee.
